Return & Cancellation Policy
At BE Creative, each item is thoughtfully created with attention to detail and, in many cases, made just for you. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
We offer free cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled or modified.

Personalized & Custom Orders
Because our products are made specifically for you:
- All personalized and custom items are final sale after 24 hours.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part Please carefully review all spelling, design selections, and details before submitting your order.
Non-Personalized Items
- Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if the issue is due to our error.
Production Variations
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur
- These variations are not considered defects
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
- BE Creative is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
